a good summary - and you're right IMO to save the big one to last. Most people I know claim to be concerned about climate and other resource limitation issues but either (a) shrug and say it's too late so eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we die (well, it'll mostly be kids in developing countries that die but that's the basic attitude) or (b) they say there's nothing one person can do. Both, in my view, and are excuse for selfishness. If everyone who said 'there's nothing we can do' got off their bum and DID something, we might stand a chance.
