Agreed. It's sad though that people in poorer nations are being impacted NOW, while actions that shift us to a genuinely low-carbon economy will take decades to have much impact. And as the consequences of the climate crisis hit the global economy, hardship will increase and citizens' dissatisfaction and disaffection will grow. There is a real risk of a shift towards fascism.
