Fully in support. Having been active in the climate movement for over ten years, the thing that concerns me most is the way just about everyone I know chooses to look the other way. Family, friends, acquaintances - they are all the same. If climate comes up, you can sense the mental gears grinding as they hunt desperately for a different topic of conversation.

Global polling shows clearly that most people are aware, and they claim to be concerned; but ask them to actually DO anything and it's a different story. "What, ME? Stop flying? Cut holiday driving? Lobby my congressman or MP? Write a letter to the local paper? Support the student strike movement?? Are you serious?" We seem to be living in an age of collective insanity.
