Well said. Money is merely a rather imprecise proxy for access to energy - and therefore the resources that energy can unlock. And those resources are finite. Currently large parts of the world look set to become unlivable due to rising temperatures and humidity. That means a rising death toll, mass migration and conflict; also looming is a 6th mass extinction, courtesy of H. "sapiens".

Most people know this by now. Choosing inaction is a deliberate vote for slow-motion genocide.

Furthermore anyone who chooses to sequester far more of Earth's finite resources than they could possibly need is a sociopath.
